WP Investments ("WPI") is a real estate investment, development and property management company specializing in industrial and office properties throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.  Since 1982 the principals of WPI have acquired and developed over five million square feet of industrial, manufacturing and/or office buildings.  Development projects as small as 50,000 sq. ft., and in excess of 1,000,000 square feet have been completed during the last 20 years.  Projects have been acquired and/or developed in many Bay Area cities, including Fremont, Hayward, Milpitas, San Jose, San Leandro, Emeryville, Union City and Woodside.
